Pvip5 Terms & Conditions – Know it, understand it, then bet

These Terms & Conditions apply to the pvip5 platform and all its services. pvip5 is an online betting and gaming platform serving Bangladesh and other designated countries. Fraudulent Betting: Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through arbitrage betting, the use of bots, match fixing, or any other dishonest method will result in account closure and cancellation of related winnings.

Odds on pvip5 are displayed in decimal format. For example: odds of 2.50 means a winning ৳100 bet returns ৳250 in total (৳150 profit + ৳100 original stake).

Odds Changes: Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are final — any subsequent changes will not apply.

Result Determination: Bets are settled after the match result has been confirmed from a reliable and official source. In any disputed situation, pvip5 will make a decision following a proper review.

Obvious Error: If there is an obvious error in the odds — such as unusually high or low values — pvip5 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original stake. Deliberately placing bets to exploit such erroneous odds will be considered dishonest conduct.

Pvip5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• If registration is completed using false information
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• If found to be underage
• If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected
• For attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform
• For misconduct toward the support team

Before closing an account, pvip5 will verify whether any valid balance remains and act accordingly. In cases of fraudulent activity, all balances may be forfeited.
